Team Training is our large group training experience where sessions are designed for groups of 16 members, creating an environment full of energy, motivation, and accountability. Every workout is guided by coaches to ensure proper technique and to challenge you at your level, whether you’re just starting out or already advanced. Expect a variety of training styles, from strength and conditioning to fast-paced metabolic workouts, all scalable to fit your fitness journey.
Semi-private training gives you the best of both worlds! The personal attention of one-on-one coaching combined with the energy and support of a large fitness community. You'll train alongside 2–6 other motivated people, all following specialized workouts focused on building strength, burning fat, adding lean muscle, and cardio designed to keep your heart healthy. Every session, our coaches are on the floor pushing you, correcting your form, adjusting the workout to your needs, and ensuring you get stronger, leaner, and better. It's personal training without the premium price, with just enough team atmosphere to keep you motivated without feeling lost in the crowd.
