At Habitual Nutrition & Fitness, my mission is to help people unlock their full potential through purposeful training and sustainable habits. My philosophy is simple... Never Settle. Whether you’re an athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, I’ll meet you where you are and push you to where you want to be. I don’t believe in limits; I believe in effort. Because with the right mindset and coaching, anyone can achieve anything.
I have a B.S. in Nutrition from Sacramento State and hold a Certified Personal Trainer credential. At Habitual Nutrition & Fitness, I focus on creating programs that align with each client’s lifestyle and goals. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not complicate it. I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes, older adults, and everyone in between. Helping each person build strength, discipline, and confidence through sustainable habits. As a former college athlete I developed a simple philosophy; there is freedom in discipline.
